Our Privacy Promise

Amazon Listing Optimizer is built around one principle: your data is yours. We are a privacy-first tool. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your product content to train models.

What We Do NOT Collect

• We do not store the listing content you generate on our servers.
• We do not store your product names, features, or descriptions after generation.
• We do not require an account to use the free version.
• We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties.

What We Collect

• Anonymous usage statistics: hashed IP, country, and feature usage counts. This helps us understand which features are useful. No personal identity is stored.
• Saved projects (optional): if you choose to save projects in your workspace, they are stored in your browser's local storage and remain on your device. If you are a subscriber, we may store your generated listings and optimization history in our secure database so you can access them across devices.
• Subscription data: if you subscribe, your payment is processed by our payment processor (Creem). We do not store your card details.

How Generation Works

When you generate a listing, your input is sent to our AI provider (DeepSeek) to produce the output. This is a one-time API call. We do not retain the request or response content on our servers.

Cookies & Local Storage

We use browser local storage to remember your subscription status and saved projects on your device. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics trackers.

Third-Party Services

• DeepSeek API: processes generation requests. See DeepSeek's privacy policy.
• Creem: processes subscription payments. See Creem's privacy policy.

Your Rights

You may request deletion of your saved data at any time by contacting us. If you are in the EU/UK, you have rights under GDPR to access, correct, or delete your personal data.
